Where Do We Ship From?

Sasha Valentino works very closely with top merchants from around the globe to bring you the most unique products on the market at the absolute best price. We travel the world meeting trusted suppliers to put together a collection of fun and trending products, this was you don't have to spend hours on end searching online to price compare and get ideas...think of us as your one stop shop for all your mobile phone and photography needs. Because of this, your order can be shipped from one of many of our global fulfillment centers, located in the USA, Australia and China to name a few.

Orders & Tracking

When your order is place, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email, confirming all details of your order. You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of the order being placed. After this, your order will be proceed to picking, packing and shipping, this normally takes between 1-3 business days. You will then receive a Shipping Confirmation email. 

Once your order has been shipped you will then receive a Shipping Update email with your tracking number, along with a link so you can track the progress of your item for piece of mind. Tracking information may not be available for the first few days after your items have been shipped. Several days may pass between scans. This is normal and will not affect the delivery of your parcel.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders within the US and Australia take on average between 5-20 business days from the date of shipping. Dependant on the current processing time of Customs. Orders outside the US and Australia take on average between 10-25 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellations policy?

You have 2 hours from the time of your order being placed to cancel and receive a refund for your order. After that we will not be able to cancel your order as we have already begun the process and picking and packing your order.

What is your returns policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line "Damage or Defect Item - Order #" along with a photography so we can immediately look into sending you a replacement.

The return policy under Australian Law only applies to damaged items or products that have manufacturing defects. We will not issue refunds or exchanges once the products have been delivered in normal full working condition.

We do not refund any postage costs. These are to be paid by the buyer.
